A couple of friends & I have begun playing Dungeons & Dragons. Damn, it’s so fun! We’ve already gone through 2 monster battles so far & I look forward to more the next time we get together. My character is a female Mage. Below is a profile for her that I will add onto later as I develop her.
Name: Ness Yukihana
Hometown: currently unknown
Species: Human/Shape Shifter
Body type: light build
Eyes: bright green
Scales: light blue with white highlights
Scars or other markings: seal against evil on left calf
This art is for a good friend of mine whom is a big video game & TCG nerd. I struggled a bit with sketching out the shape of Jason’s body because I’m not used to drawing husky characters. He actually owns a white Moogle costume & always has the hat when I see him. I hope he will enjoy this. :) I really like the top I gave him. I should become a shirt designer!
Game Grumps: Rattata Pronunciation
Danny was being silly, pronouncing the Pokemon Rattata wrong & then talking about electronics. Egoraptor was sassing him & trying to get him to say it right. You can hear it right here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGGEn-_B7Ck 2:02.
I came up with a type of Centaur I haven’t seen before, kangaroos. Little did I know at the time that I would develop a hatred for sketching their feet. XP I drew 2 different kinds, human torso coming from the shoulders then coming from the waist. I got lazy with Champ, giving his face very little detail. I haven’t drawn in a while & was feeling frustrated about getting his legs the right shape.
Ness, Wolfess of Ice 2014
This is an up-to-date portrait of my wolf Fursona, Ness. The poise was taken from an OC base that can be found here. http://fegirlbases.deviantart.com/art/Girl-Base-96-294003153Ness is much more muscular than the model I used & the tail sucks a little. Drawing while using a mouse with your opposite hand on Paint can be pretty difficult. The face is my favorite part. Ness loves to wear min skirts, but this is the first time I have drawn her in one.
Arctic Wolf Pokemon
Here is the official premiere of my new wolf Pokemon. Their names are Kabukami & Yukami. I created them because I really adore wolves & am sad that there are no official wolf-themed Pokemon. They are a dual type, Ice & Electric. When working on these Pokemon’s bios, I kept imagining Route 216 where Sinnoh players were introduced to deep snow. Kabukamis are the only Baby Pokemon that can be located in the wild. I poured a lot of love into these 2 and am planning to work on them more in the future.
It has been a very long time since I came up with an original Pokemon. I used to make them like crazy back in middle school, when my art really took off! I think these are some of my best yet. The face in the middle was what I started with. The cub is the pre-evolution & far right is the final product of the 2nd evolution. The cub might become a Baby Pokemon. We will see! The colors of the wolves are still undecided. Magenta is one possibility. The other thing I shall reveal is that they are Electric/Ice type.
I’m sick of there not being wolf Pokemon, so I’m working on my own. They’ll be ready to be seen by the public soon. These Pokemon will be dual type because I find those more fun as well as have Japanese-sounding names in tribute to their native land. For those of you living under a rock, Pokemon is from Japan. The first is based off of a wolf cub & 2nd the arctic wolf. I hope all of you will enjoy them!
I drew these Pokemon while watching Steam Train & Game Grumps last night. I find that listening to those great guys or music helps me concentrate while I create. You should try it too! :3 The Miltank is based off of my first by the name of Moo & Mewfour is one of my original Pokemon.
